This is a wonderful supermarket for vegans (and hopefully for people who are not yet vegan will try it too). An amazing number of goods to choose from, not just food, and the quickest delivery service I've ever experienced. Strict vegans can rest assured everything has been checked so no hidden ingredients to worry about. Also, any queries are dealt with immediately and if you phone you'll be greeted by a warm, friendly voice. I cannot praise this lovely company enough.

Rhona got back to me quickly and solved my problem straight away and was lovely too! Not the first time I have had excellent service from TVK and the product is wonderful too.
Fantastic company run by very nice people! They have an amazing range of products. It's so exciting when your delivery arrives( always very quickly) and you receive all your vegan goodies!
Excellent service and swift and friendly communication
I used the VeganKind Supermarket due to a voucher and ended up spending double the amount as there was so much choice. It isn't just food, you can order cleaning items etc. I was kept up to date with the delivery and when the parcel arrived it was well packaged. I was impressed with the way the cold food was packaged in a cold bag with an ice pack that can be used again. Not lots of plastic waste. I love the fact that everything is vegan so I don't have to keep looking at lists of ingredients or checking for a vegan sign. Great service and will definitely use again.
I cannot recommend this company enough, the care and attention with their customers is unbelievable. Not to mention the amazing, most delicious products available in the UK. Shout out to Katherine and her amazing customer service.
I was already a very happy customer of TVK due to their superb range of excellent products and faultless service, so I ordered some vegan cheese to be delivered to my friend as a housewarming gift. Unfortunately DPD were unable to find her newbuild so the delivery failed. I sent a plaintive message to TVK, who were not at fault in the slightest, and from that point on, Claire’s assistance was absolutely phenomenal. She immediately arranged another delivery, and to make it work she found my friend’s house details on the internet and spoon-fed all the details to DPD. When the tracking for the second delivery showed it too had failed, she had clearly been following the delivery and immediately chased them to ensure that a further attempt was made and the package was finally delivered safely. The level of communication that Claire provided was outstanding – I felt like she cared as much as I did about my friend’s gift! I only wish this sort of customer service was the norm. I can’t thank Claire enough, and will continue to be a devoted customer of TVK.
